Since I'm asking you to post your holiday decorations for my
Su Casa Challenge, I figured it was only fair for me to post a photo of a little of my holiday decorating.
This Summer, I had all of my bridesmaids wrap their bouquets in vintage doilies (which you can see in this photo, in my sister's bouquet) for
my wedding. We also hung starched doilies from the trees at the ceremony site.

Laurie Mee and Carrie Siegel, the co-owners of
Two Trick Pony, create delightful card designs that are screen-printed by hand on 100 percent post-consumer waste recycled paper with water-based inks. I love the retro look of their designs, and the straightforward perfection in the cards' sentiments.
Since I'm in the middle of writing thank-you cards to our
wedding guests, my eye was particularly drawn to these
thank-you cards ($16 for six cards and envelopes).

I've told you about his
country home, his
textiles, and his
pottery, and now I have the pleasure of telling you that Jonathan Adler and his longtime sweetie
Simon Doonan were married today in my town, San Francisco! The couple first made it legal at San Francisco's gorgeous City Hall, and later in the afternoon had a more formal Jewish ceremony.
