Since we're in the middle of Winter, I thought it would be the perfect time to indulge in a little home-decorating cheerfulness. And given the great response I got from readers last month for my
holiday decorating challenge, I thought that I'd take advantage of your enthusiasm by asking you to send even more photos of your beautiful homes.
For this month's Su Casa challenge, I'd like you to share photos of your own bright and cheerful decorating with the rest of us in the
Su Casa Group.

Last month, I challenged CasaSugar readers to show off their festive holiday looks in the
Su Casa group, and offered two lucky participants the CasaSugar swag of their choice as motivation to get their photos in. Well, you certainly didn't disappoint! If you missed any of the great looks, check out
this roundup of the holiday decorating.

Su Casa member
Pipeepoodle recently perked up her new digs with some lovely little chairs that her mother refurbished for her. Her mother had purchased four chairs and offered to reupholster them as dining room chairs for Pipeepoodle. Gladly, she accepted, so her mother stripped, painted, and had them reupholstered in the
Alexander Henry Viceroy Black Trellis fabric ($7.49/half-yard).

This year, you all have submitted scores of beautiful photographs of your homes and decorating projects to our
Su Casa group. Each has been inspiring and a wonderful reflection of your personal style. You all were particularly blown away with Su Casa member
boop-oop-a-doop's swanky holiday party photos, showcasing the cocktail bar and a buffet she fashioned in her small apartment to keep people circulating and prevent traffic jams.

I was thrilled to see the
Su Casa group fill with beautiful holiday photos this month. From homemade decorations to festive outdoor lights, Su Casa members were full of holiday cheer! I especially adored Mellymels'
handcut paper decorations.
