By now, you must have seen Tord Boontje's Midsummer Light, yes? I think I can safely say that it, along with several of his other designs, was partially responsible for the laser-cut lace trend that's been going on lately. But Boontje isn't just a trend-setter; he follows the trends as well.

If FabSugar's Trend Alert and these gradient tights aren't enough to convince you that ombré is back in full force, then I'll have to let you in on a little secret. The faded effect isn't just showing up on the runway,; it's having a run on the floor, on the tabletop, and even in bed!
