It was pretty unanimous that Fab's readers loved Nicole Richie in stripes at DKNY's Fashion Week show, and I am no exception to the pack. I loved how she pulled off the bold stripes by keeping things minimal. And, how the smartly balanced small and large stripes were mimicked by her suede caged shoes.

According to Real Estalker, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden took a gander at a three-bedroom, two-bath Cape Cod-esque home in the Hollywood Hills on Wednesday. The traditional style home is all kinds of precious and fit for a family of three with a small yard, pool, flagstone deck, new kitchen, carrera marble baths, gorgeous dark hardwood floors, french doors throughout, and lush landscaping. Can't you just see Harlow splashing around in that yard one day?

According to Page Six, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden quietly purchased "a two-bedroom, two-bath downtown condo on the Bowery" for $999,999 in December. The 1,000-square-foot, 11th-floor pad, which is said to be "very simple, nothing high design," and "was sold unrenovated," will be the primary residence of the family of three. A Corcoran listing for the building says, "The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and Shaker-style maple cabinetry.
