Coveted Crib: DIY Artist Loft For some, dealing with a space that serves as both a living and working area can be difficult, and the presence of "work" can add clutter. But for one painter-sculptor, whose home was featured in New York magazine's "A DIY Artist Loft in Hell's Kitchen," that work is his home's greatest treasure — that is, along with his creative force, which overcame shag carpeting and '70s paneling with DIY tactics. This Just In: Scarlett Johansson Sells Tribeca Loft at a Loss According to Big Time, Scarlett Johansson has sold her 1,300-square-foot duplex loft in Manhattan's Tribeca neighborhood for nearly $1.89 million. Su Casa: Soft Loft Living Since I've been drooling over these photos that Kayamate recently posted in the Su Casa group, I figured it was only fair to let you in on this lovely example of loft living. (Want to share your photos. Here's how to post in the group.) What I love about today's Su Casa is that Kayamate's first home does away with the usual hard edges of loft living.
