Jamba Juice is teaming up with
Organic To Go to
test out a new line of organic food products. In an effort to boost sales, Jamba Juice is considering adding Organic To Go branded items — grab and go salads, sandwiches, wraps, cookies, and yogurt parfaits — to their already existing menu of classic fruit smoothies. The testing will take place in three West Coast stores in Los Angeles and Orange County, CA, and Bellevue, WA.

Earlier this month, I was pleasantly surprised to hear about the opening of
the world's first all-organic bar. So when I learned of
Loft Liqueurs, the first USDA certified
organic liqueur, I had to find out what all the hype was about.
Created by two best friends and San Francisco hospitality veterans to save people from "the bright neon color of your average apple martini," the
limoncello-inspired spirits are at the forefront of sustainability and eco-consciousness.

Recently I was lucky enough to meet with Margo and Francesco Marrone; the founders of
Oraganic Pharmacy. The Organic Pharmacy is the first and only pharmacy in the world dedicated to health and beauty using organic products and treatments. They offer a unique service — custom blending herbs and homeopathic remedies to suit your needs.

This weekend,
GustOrganics, an all-organic restaurant in Manhattan, became the
world's first 100 percent USDA certified organic bar. The sleek,
eco-conscious bar and restaurant is located in Greenwich Village. The bar is stocked with certified
organic wine, beer, fresh fruit, and spirits such as rum, vodka, whiskey, and tequila.

This week
Noteworthy Nibbles includes an international
chocolate show complete with chocolate-inspired runway designs. In sunny Florida, the
Epcot International Food & Wine Festival should be quite the spectacle. Folks who live in Virginia have the great fortune of two oyster events this weekend.

One of the biggest trends in the beauty world in the last five years has been the increase in awareness about using natural and
organic ingredients. More than ever before we are wanting to use products that are environmentally sustainable and initiatives such as
Brad Pitt and Kiehl's eco project have paved the way for beauty brands to get serious about the environment. However the fragrance world seems to be lagging behind when it comes to using organic ingredients.

There are a number of adorable organic onesies on the market these days, but only a select few catch my eye with their originality and comfort levels. The whimsical, clean designs of
Eight3One's line of organic baby clothes ($28) fit the bill. The certified organic and fair trade creations feature five modern ink drawings of animals on a natural cotton-color background.
