Last night at the 2008 Captain Morgan MLB All-Star Week after-party, Maria Menounos arrived with lighter than ever hair. This naturally rich-haired brunette beauty queen (she was crowned Miss Massachusetts Teen USA in 1996) typically keeps her hair dark, but brightens things up a little bit around the crown. Last night Fab was in LA among some of our favorite starlets at the opening of the fabulous new Chanel boutique on Robertson Boulevard. The report from them is that Rachel Bilson is just as adorable in person as we hoped she would be. She had the bag of the night (Hello, pink sequin Chanel!).

In my recent Casa Verde, I told you about Danny Seo's eco makeover of Maria Menounos' backyard, and showed you a few products to help you get the look in your outdoor space. Well, lucky you, the JCPenney Capiz Shell Candleholder ($19-$24) that Seo used, which is made of natural capiz shells harvested from the waters of the Philippines, is on sale! It does look fab outdoors on Menounos' farmhouse table, but there's no reason why you can't enjoy one inside as well.

In collaboration with JCPenney, Danny Seo recently gave Maria Menounos' backyard an eco makeover for "Access Green" on Access Hollywood and Life & Style. This beautiful image is a peek at the made-over farmhouse table, which was updated with some wildflowers in a galvanized bucket, vintage silverware, some simple white dishes and glass water bottles, colorful tumblers filled with organic lemonade, a bowl of gorgeous green limes, and an understated yet chic capiz lantern. There's nothing fancy or unattainable about this table setting, but it's still completely and utterly glamorous.

I loved the way Kelly Osbourne looked in Karta's jeweled-waist dress so much, I featured her in Celebrity Style. Now, actress and entertainment journalist extraordinaire Maria Menounos showed up to the Very Sexy Super Bowl bash in the same dress. Kelly chose to cover up, while Maria let her cleavage and legs take center stage. 
The Golden Globes may not be going on as hoped, but that doesn't mean that the swag suites will all go to waste. Some — sorry guys — not-so-A-Listers were out in LA yesterday at the Kari Feinstein Winter Style Lounge to get their hands on some of the free stuff. Some of the first in line included Entourage's Emmanuelle Chriqui, Rex Lee, and Jeremy Piven. 
Sarah Michelle Gellar and Maria Menounos were among the lucky (heh) VIPs at Lucky Magazine's 4th Annual Lucky Shops party in NYC last night. Say that five times fast. Lucky! 
Rebecca and Maria have more in common than I would have thought; style-wise, anyway. They both chose metallic Lhuillier gowns paired with black open-toed shoes. But the similarities end there: Rebecca went the LBD route with full tulle skirt and keyhole top, while Maria chose a pewter high-necked, more fitted option. 
VH1's Save The Music rocked NYC last night at a gala in honor of the organization's 10th Anniversary. Musicians such as (a suuuuuper bronzed) John Mayer and Bon Jovi performed on stage with a 60 piece orchestra comprised of STM students from all over the country. Tim Gunn held a charity auction while Conan O'Brien hosted the event.
