I don't know what it is about
butterflies lately, but they've had my heart all aflutter. The cutout butterflies on the
Mixko Delight Belle Light ($49, reduced from $83) are quite dainty and appeal to the side of me that secretly loves pink, unicorns, and party dresses. And I love how the light just seems to peek through its skirted edge.

Where I live, Spring doesn't always equal warm. But that doesn't mean I can't represent the season with whimsical jewelry underneath my heavy coat! This
Lot of Three Vintage Necklaces is like a gold mine.

Most of us can always use some lower back stretches, and this one called Butterfly Pull stretches your entire spine and opens your hips as well.
- Partner #1 (blue shirt) sits in Butterfly pose with his heels together and knees out wide.
- Partner #2 (no shirt) sits with his legs straight facing Partner #1, and places his feet on Partner #1's shins.
- Both partners hold each other's hands or wrists. Partner #1 folds forward over his feet as Partner #2 leans back, pulling him deeper into the stretch.
- They hold for five or so deep breaths, making minor adjustments if necessary.

"Butterfly," by LA "rapcore" douchecore band Crazy Town, features god-awful lyrics. Naturally, they're embedded in a tune you can't get out of your head no matter how hard you try—as tough to get out as nacho cheese stains on a white shirt. I mean, seriously, would you ever fall for "Come my lady/come, come my lady/feel my butterfly, sugar, baby..."

Butterflies are gorgeous insects, so I wouldn't mind sporting a jewelry piece with a butterfly design. This
Mixko Butterfly Ring, $13, is no doubt pretty but a bit unwearable. It's too big and looks like an art project because of the felt material.

ASOS merchandise is already reasonably priced but add to that
a sale tag and it quickly turns into a fashion frenzy. For your shopping convenience, the items are batched into fun categories like
day dresses,
day tops,
going out tops and more.
I found this
Pussybow Printed Dress, $31 (originally $78) under the
going out dresses section.

Chances are if you are reading this, you have the ever popular "office job" that involves sitting at a desk for 8 hours a day. This can wreak havoc on your precious body creating tight hips and
lower back pain. Many stretches for your hips also stretch out your lower back, so these poses are like 2 for the price of 1.

I have seen almost every type of sunglass be worn by the general public, but I have never come across anything like these
Oliver Goldsmith Sunglasses, $1,000. And for that, I am thankful!
Though in theory they are playful, I can't see them translating well onto the streets.

Sanskrit name: Baddha Konasana
English Translation: Bound Angle
Also Called: Butterfly
This is the first pose I do right after a run. It feels utterly amazingly to stretch out my tight hips and low back. Here's what to do:
- Sit on the ground, bending both knees and bringing your feet together.
- Using your hands, open your feet up like a book.
