Last month I wrote about a surprising study that stated
men are more attracted to women in the Winter time. As someone who loves the Summer, I'd always thought the opposite — that women are far sexier with a dewy glow — but apparently I've been wrong all these years! Sure, Winter clothes are cute and it's fun to bundle up, but tell me, do you feel sexy when it's cold outside?

Don't you just love Fall? It's such a
cozy time of year, full of fleece coats, sipping hot cups of cider, and afternoon outings pumpkin picking. Long walks admiring the warm colored leaves and crisp air give hints that Winter holiday celebrations are on their way.

It may be officially Fall, but depending on where you live in the country, you may still be spending your time outdoors enjoying the warmth of Summer weather. The temperature is about to drop though, and you'll soon be sporting all of your
2008 Fall apparel and heading indoors for your extracurricular activities. I'm curious though: What you do with your Summer gear when things get chilly?

I love the Fall; there’s something so special about those months just before Winter. But even though I enjoy the Fall season, for some reason every year, I have a terrible time letting go of Summer and all those long, hot nights. So I’ve come up with some tips for taking the edge off.

Now that the
prediction's over, I can't say I'm pleased about the prospect of six more weeks of winter . . .

Even though having pets outside in freezing temps can be
dangerous for long periods of times, many pooches enjoy a good pounce in the snow. North didn't make it to Tahoe this holiday weekend, but we hope to get up there soon. He's a tad undecided about the cold stuff; he likes to stay on stomped, semi-solid ground to sniff around the snowbank – unfortunately, he makes it his business to smell it, not to do his business in it.

Happy first day of Fall everyone!! Can you believe it's already time to break out your Winter garb? While I am a warm weather girl myself, the first few days of Fall always get me excited for change - not to mention it means the holidays are closer!!

Most of you don't bother much with
changing your decor along with the seasons, but I'm always looking for excuses to switch things up and add some new home accents. Right now, I've been on the hunt for a charming and chic wreath that will look autumnal but not old-fashioned.
I'm torn between the sophisticated full foliage options, simple acorn-and-stick adornments like this
Smith & Hawken Fall Leaf and Acorn Wreath ($99), or one very cool wreath made out of herbs.

I've been giving you all sorts of great ways to
transition your fitness into fall, but there are always more things we can do.
eDiets has created their own list and I am loving the idea of making seasonal activities a way to burn calories too:
If you live in certain regions of the country, there may be seasonal activities you want to partake in, such as taking a drive to see the leaves, attending your kids’ football or soccer practice or visiting a pumpkin patch. But instead of letting these things take up the time you’d normally use to exercise, combine the two.
