Even though I don't offer my pooch
bottled water, I definitely know the importance of keeping his liquid fresh (and the
dangers when it's not). Since I also appreciate the taste of cold, filtered water, I know I've always wished I had a dispenser like this in my place. Am I alone?

'Tis the season of gift giving, but I know times are tight! For this petmarking mission, let's pick out holiday toys for our furry friends – they've got to have at least one lil special surprise, even if it's nothing
extravagant. The only catch is that your finds are reasonably priced goodies (let's aim for under $30) and fit under the umbrella theme of Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, you get the picture.

So maybe we're not rushing out to get
professional massages for our pets, especially considering the state of the economy. But does that mean they should miss out on pampering? No way.

Don't get me wrong, I loved the
original version of the Hepper Pod Beds, but I'm loving this incarnation even more. Let me explain why:
- A liner is now removable (washable for "accidents"!) and reversible in snuggy sherpa and smooth microfiber.
- The improved metal frame features two legs to make it more stable and a larger entry hole both perfect for those fluffier or chunkier cats and small dogs.
- There's prettier color combinations, too!

I'm surprised this kitty doesn't look more pleased to call this crate her own – it's one of the swankiest on the market. But just how swanky?
Well, to refresh your memory, I already featured a traditional eiCrate
ringing in at several hundred dollars .

It's like a car wash for your dogs! Let me explain. The
Hydrosurge RapidBath ($80) attaches to a faucet and then combines water, air, and your pup's fave shampoo to all stream out the same time.

Each birth bone is encrusted with 100 stunning Swarovski crystals in the colors of your pup's birthstone. That's right, both the front and back are covered with the sparkle. Though,
at $40 a pop, I'd be worried the charm would pop off my dog's collar on our evening walkies, you could add this to your own necklace or key chain instead.

Attention, attention,
new puppy alert! Kelly Osbourne has been spotted over the last couple weeks with this lil furball! The Shiba Inu already has her (his?) wings taking plane trips with mom.

I'd have to say Rose McGowan won me over when she appeared in the
Dogs 101 episode featuring Boston Terriers – I knew she was an animal activist, but I didn't realize how dedicated she was to my fave breed! She volunteers with
Boston Terrier Rescue Net, helping to place pups, and even had two smooshies of her own. Sadly she lost one of her precious pals, Fester, earlier this year but I'm glad to see her bringing Bug out and about – how cute is she?!

I don't consider myself to be an impulse buyer, but when wrapping up a business trip in Florida a couple years back, I spotted a whole kennel full of dog figurines at a gas station. This lil guy cost $6 and I couldn't resist!Even though his ears are rounder than I like to see in
my dog's breed – the shop's version of a Frenchie was super chubby! – it totally made me giggle.
