Paris Hilton finished off her holiday weekend with a trip to New Jersey to launch her fragrance Fairy Dust at Macy's on Sunday. She's had no problem keeping busy even without Benji in her life, and apparently Paris has also found time to finish her second album. She's still looking for a label, but when asked about her new record she said, "I wrote all the songs.

Paris Hilton dipped into her extensive collection of loungewear and headed to the salon in LA on Tuesday. It's a big change from the painted on dress she wore earlier this week, but we know how much Paris loves her sweats and hoodies. This time last year she was seeing her pre-Benji boy, but there are still plenty of reasons for a single girl to be thankful.

Silver nail polish is definitely not a brand-new trend, in fact, it was popular in the 80's and then re-surfaced about a year and a half ago with basic-coloured metallics like silver and gold. Many permutations like gunmetal, blue and chrome, spawned from the basics, while gold and silver seemed to fade with the season. Now it's back again and this time, we're seeing silver on some of Hollywood's hottest girls like Lindsay Lohan (spotted in Paris) and Paris Hilton (dressed up as a Pussycat Doll).

After showing off her sparkly little dress at the American Music Awards last night, Paris Hilton made a quick costume change and headed to the Pussy Cat Dolls' afterparty. The heiress really got into the PCD spirit in her skin-tight LBD, studded hat, and freaky spats — seems like she's all about showing skin now that she's single again. She only had girlfriends in her entourage this time, but we'll see how long Paris and her collection of tiny dresses will last without attracting some new male attention.

After receiving their honors up on stage, the winners at last night's American Music Awards headed over to the press room with their scary dangerous trophies. Taylor Swift, Jordin Sparks and Rihanna posed with their prizes, while big winner Chris Brown looked like he had a hard time managing his haul. Paris Hilton wasn't taking anything home, but that didn't stop her from striking a few poses for the waiting cameras.

After the ladies and men showed off their red carpet styles, they headed into the Nokia Theater for the American Music Awards last night. The show started off with an exciting medley from Christina followed by a performance from the New Kids on the Block that you guys are split on. Rihanna, Taylor Swift, and the Jonas Brothers represented the industry's young blood while Coldplay, Kanye, Mariah and Alicia Keys with Queen Latifah were also crowd pleasers.

Last night Paris Hilton tanned her sorrows away at the Portofino Sun Center in the wake of the news that she and Benji Madden called it quits. Apparently Paris pulled the plug on Monday because Benji was too controlling and she didn't appreciate his anger over her run-in with Stavros Niarchos last weekend. It wasn't clear whether Paris and Benji would ever settle down like she so often talked about, but we'll just have to see if this breakup will be followed by an equally dramatic makeup.
