With performances by Lionel Richie and David Archuleta, it's no wonder everyone looked so happy at last night's Road to a Cure Gala in LA. Seacrest took the stage, but as usual Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt stole the show proudly displaying their new wedding rings. Theirs may not be remotely your favorite wedding of 2008, and something tells me Heidi's mom would agree.

In this week's episode of The Hills, we witnessed Lauren and Audrina go from frenemies to being best buds again. Stephanie and Spencer continued to feud during a visit to their Nana's house, although we didn't hear any quarreling between Heidi and Spencer, which was a first! Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt got married last week in a surprise and supposedly last-minute celebration in Mexico. While on yesterday's episode of The Hills, the drama amped up between LC and Audrina — amidst all of the usual fashion, beauty, food, and gadgets — in the after show, Holly expressed her hurt feelings and teared up at not being told about the wedding. Heidi said, "The minute we said our vows, I couldn't stop crying," while Spencer shared his wedding vows: "Heidi, from the moment you came into my life, I knew my life would never be the same without you.
