You may recognize lil Dancer here, he's been
all over the news in his short life – and, sadly, the pooch passed away yesterday at the young age of two.
He was up for the title of world's smallest dog for
Guinness World Records in 2007, but lost out to an even smaller pooch (I didn't know they came any teensier!). This lil guy was only five inches high and 18 ounces, but his small stature didn't stop him as Dancer often spread his love as a certified member of Caring Canines Therapy Dogs located near his Florida home.

You know how long-term couples find it hard to keep the passion alive? One person may wanna be intimate, and the other has a headache? Well, this cat and Chihuahua pair exemplify that problem perfectly.

Little Elvis here is happy just where he is, all curled up with his fave blankie. But when his doting owner marches into the room to announce that it's time to get up and go to bed, this hound dog's mood takes a turn for the nasty. Oh.

This little chihuahua seems pretty unmoved by her family's rendition of the '80s song by A-ha, "Take On Me." That is — at first. Once she gets cooking, though, there's no stopping her.

The leader of the leashed world has spoken and chihuahuas will be treated as toys — no mas! They hate the frilly costumes, they think the baby talk is insufferable, and they aren't very fond of being shoved in handbags all the time. They've chosen to punish us all for the sins of one Paris Hilton, so listen up.

Seems like Ginger the Chihuahua doesn't like anyone but mom . . .

This one-year-old Chihuahua, Conan (!), gets in touch with his inner Buddha during a meditation session in Japan. He saw a priest at the Zen Buddhist monastery praying at the altar and decided to follow suit. Call it the Tao of Pooch.

Nope, this isn't Simon Says here . . .

First there was Heart-kun,
a Chihuahua puppy born with a heart shaped marker on his coat and then there was Valentine,
a piglet with unique heart markings that was born in the UK. Which one is cuter? You decide?

This big-eyed bugger has a song in his heart, or is it a frog in his throat? Maybe a bit of both with a little gargling in between. I hear he does these vocal exercises anytime a cell phone rings.
