Target is making a big bet that shoppers this Fall will be mad for plaid. It's introducing a clothing collaboration with designer Adam Lippes full of buffalo plaids for guys and gals, and its home decor collections are similarly themed. Beginning later this month in stores and online, Target will be ready to outfit the kitchens, dining rooms, and living rooms of America in all manner of tartan and tattersall.
