Jack Black has just sold another one of his LA homes. This one, which was built in 1950, was purchased by Black in early 2001 for $720,000, and according to public records, it's listed for $1.529 million. The three-bedroom house has three baths with glass-mosaic tile and a spa-like feel. An open-plan living/dining room with a connected large den opens onto a private, pool-sized yard, plus there's a downstairs media room and gym/office.


It appears that Black now only owns one LA home — a 2,766-sq.-ft. house in Beverly Hills — which he bought three years ago for $3 million.
