Casa Quickie: Label Residue

With the holidays over, chances are you've received some gifts that have labels—or label residue—on them. To get rid of both label and that sticky ickiness it leaves behind, just rub the label with a cotton ball soaked with rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover. Voila! Problem solved.

    I know this isn't 1975 or anything, but keep the nail polish remover away from synthetics...you'll get a big hole in that spot.

    Careful with nail polish remover and plastic. They don't always play nice and can result in a melted plastic effect.

    yep, I like using this old bottle of store brand vodka, left over from the high school days. Works just as well!
