As part of their January Jumpstart Project, AT:SF is planning on giving their dining set a makeover. They have four mismatched, but beautiful, dining chairs around a simple dining table with great lines. They're planning on giving the table a slick paint job, and painting and upholstering the chairs to "tie them together — both with each other and with the table." Given that the seats of many dining chairs unscrew easily for a simple DIY upholstery, and the paint job would be a breeze, this project could be quite simple for many of you to undertake in your own homes. Do you have a group of mismatched chairs lying around your house?
That's such a good idea! I don't have any mismatched things lying around because I just moved into a new house and everything is brand new- but will def. keep this in mind if I ever aquire different kinds of furniture.
