Crave Worthy: Le Beanock Hammock

It's a bean bag! It's a hammock! It's possibly the most comfy thing ever. Designed by Tracie Herrtage, Le Beanock is an indoor hammock made from sailcloth and stuffed plush like a beanbag. It's available in a large size for around $978 and a smaller version for about $500.

Love it, don't love the chains though. There's something unfinished looking about chains, or maybe just not homey enough feeling to go with the cream colors and natural beams and floors. Not sure what it is, just don't like the chains at all.

Looks so nice and comfy but I would also still be worried it would fall- despite how craftily it is botled/fastened/secured.

That looks great, but my ceilings are incredibly low and I'd probably cave it in anyway. Old house.

this would look so killer in a loft or a warehouse studio. i agree with stacyleeroberts that a redesign should consider the look of the chains, but you could maybe remedy it with fabric sheaths that fit over the chains. LED twinkly lights would look supercute if you twined them around the chains, too.

I have a hammock but I don't have any trees to put it on! This is a nice idea.

It looks like a suspended matress-topper/featherbed. Curious as to how that would work in a non-exposed beam room. I'm sure my cat would love it!

That looks SO cool. I love it. It would definitely take some getting used to, though - I could see myself getting a little nervous to lay on it at first.

It looks so cosy. But I don't have the best sense of balance so I'd be convinced I was going to fall out of it. Or rip it from the walls!

I would sooooo replace my bed with that! Hammocks are pretty common where I come from so I have a few, and I like this update!

I do agree about the chains though, traditional hammocks have "braids" instead.

That looks comfy. It would look good on an indoor porch area but not in a bedroom.

it would be effortless to vacuum the floor with no bed legs in the way... that is, if I were the type who cleaned.
