It's teen week here at Fab, so get ready for bubblegum curls and polka dot Alice + Olivia dresses. This little number was worn by teeny boppers Miley Cyrus, at MTV's TRL, and Monique Coleman, at the Teen Choice Awards preparty. Funny how both girls wore fuchsia shoes with the bubble hem dress. My vote goes to Monique because she shows off the delicate neckline better; Miley's hair is distracting. Who looks cutest to you?

Neither. I don't like the bubble-hems, and although I don't know who Monique is or how old she is, I'll never like tween stars wearing that short a hemline. I don't care if it's trendy and they all do it, it still sends a bad message and it's part of why middle schools have such a dress code headache.

Not a fan of the dress, but I picked Miley because Moniques looks too small on her. It's too short and the waist is too high.

haha it's funny they wore it to the same event. i do agree that miley's hair is distracting, but i pick her because her makeup looks good, her shoes are cute with the dress and it just fits better on her.

It looks cute on both but I picked Monique because she shows off the dress better and I actually think the shorter length looks better. But I don't like the fuschia shoes the girls picked. Also don't like Monique's pink nailpolish and that fuschia band around Miley's wrist.
