What You're Wanting: A Reading Nook

I picked up a book by one of my favorite authors, Augusten Burroughs, a couple of months ago, but still haven't been able to "get into it." It just occurred to me that maybe the problem isn't the memoir itself, but my house. I really don't have a favorite reading nook that's cozy and pleasing enough to keep me focused — or maybe I need an Adderall prescription.
So, for this week's What You're Wanting, I want to know how you'd create the ultimate reading nook. What kind of chair(s), table, throws, accessories, lighting, bookshelves, or plants would you put in this space? Would you make room for a companion: a pet or a loved one? Or do you like to read in solitude? Add all the finds to your ShopStyle Living stylebook, and create a look tagged with the phrase My Reading Nook. Private message me if you have any questions. Oh, and as extra incentive, I'll give some Sugar schwag away to my favorite look!

My reading nook would be a window seat with a thick cushion and lots of big pillows around as I like to change positions alot when I read. Colors would be light and feminine, with a small table nearby for my cup of tea. Pretty simple really. I would love to turn the big window in our front sitting room into a window seat so I could actually have this spot!

I have a cute reading nook. I have an oversized love seat with a nice quilt for warmth. There is a bookshelf catty-cornered to the loveseat. The loveseat is set beside 2 huge windows.

I've been wanting to create a reading nook in my apartment. There's some empty space in what's supposed to be a dining area that I was thinking about setting up a comfy chair, blanket and a pillow. I don't need a dining area, and that would be perfect use of that space.

I want a reading nook in my bedroom but I'm pretty sure I'd always end up on the bed anyway.

I have a loft with a somewhat comfortable chair and ottoman to do my reading, or talk on the phone.

I want to make a little reading nook in my bedroom...it's so large and I really need a spot to relax in and read (other than my bed).
