Basically the only reason my other half and I bought our town home is because of its two-story high ceilings in our living room. Back then I didn’t think that painting it would be a problem. Well, it is when your fiancé is scared of heights and there’s seems to be not a single ladder available tall enough for me to paint it on my own!

Being an asthma sufferer myself and living in the middle of a big city, I can attest to the need for LESS pollution. The house I live in has not been painted in 20 - 30 years. You can imagine! This would be great! Now, let's see, which color? which room?

Most of the rooms in my house need to be repainted but I'd let them handle the living room because it's the biggest and most complicated. There are also lots of nail holes that would need to be smoothed out and filled.

I just settled on my new house in April. The prior owners painted EVERYTHING a light sunshine yellow. Great color for one room? Maybe. Whole house? N-O.
Because I have so much space to paint (just over 3000 sq ft), I'm considering low-VOC or Zero-VOC paints.
