What Would It Take?

Maybe you're absolutely in love with this Big Foot Sculpture ($98.95) and can't wait to put it in your garden. My guess is that that's likely not the case, though (even Giggle found it tacky). So, what would it take to put it in your garden or yard?

    If I had a big, fenced back yard, it would be entertaining. Then again, I'd probably be afraid of it at night...

    Me- No way. But there is a guy in my neighborhood who has the whole lake w/ lush jungly forest-like plants all over. He has some of these types of statues back there, an elephant drinking from the lake, an alligator floating in it, a crane, a giraffe near some trees- sounds redic, but it is very tastefully done and look cute. This guy would be HILARIOUS in his menagerie. I'd do it.

    I said money, but I think my man-friend would love to put this in a garden. No accounting for taste! Eye-wink

    I should have said "lots of money." Because if I had lots of money, I would make myself a tiny little forest based on the famous Bigfoot video and put this guy in it. With water features. And blackjack. And... you know the rest.

    If it were, say, $25, it would be an awesome gag/practical joke gift. I could definitely see putting it my neighbors yard for a good laugh. (And that act would likely start a new ritual to see who can hide/surprise the other as we passed it back and forth.)

    It depends on how big it is:

    "life" sized - no way would I ever want it

    a couple of feet tall - that would be sort of cute, in the right spot in the yard.

    OMG. Just for the laughs, I'd do it in a second. I'm thinking a great spot would be just behind my shed, peeking out ever-so-slightly... Smiling

    Gah, jillerin, I hadn't even thought of that...I'd definitely scare myself constantly glancing out if that thing was in my backyard.

    what if i said i liked it? i mean, i'd have to hide it behind a ton of bushes and maybe just peak out its head a bit...not in th emiddle of a lawn!

    1. Why?
    2. Are you trying to scare others from your yard - then this would be a great idea for night time.

    Only if it moved so i could record it and make millions, considering it looks so life like. But, then people would ask why does it look like its all bronze, so i guess not even that would work. Only good then for Halloween? {{ I guess only good for Halloween, it would change things up? If you are willing to pay nearly $100 AND are willing to be scared to death every time you walk into your garage or shed. }}

    Oh, he's only 2.5 feet tall and he looks straight out of "Harry and the Hendersons," one of my favorite movies as a kid. I'd probably fall for it if I had the funds... and a garden ;o)
