I'm not a fan.

Some rooms of that house look very cramped and need some expanding (the study). The natural lighting in the kitchen is too dark. She needs to put a skylight or something to take advantage of the sunlight. If she does that, I'm sure the house will be a lot more cheerful looking inside.

I think it has potential, it has character. I don't care for the shade of blue in the kitchen - just not a fan of that shade.

by the way, that's a steal for that size house and I'm sure it's on a large piece of land too.

It looks sad and old. Look at Nicole and Keith's house in Nashville and the new house that Jess Simpson wants to purchase in Nashville is amazing!

I see what you mean about not being crazy about the current interior design. That house has a lot of potential though - I love the room with picture windows and the fireplace.

I like the structure and overall design however the place definitely needs to be painted and updated.
