I'm avoiding purging. There's so much that I just need to throw away but I don't want it just in a landfill somewhere. I'd like to be able to sell something but who really wants my junk?

i keep thinking i need to go through all of my old college apartment stuff i have stored in my parents basement (i moved home to save money) but i just can't bring myself to do it lol. it's probably only five or six bins but still, i'm having a hard time bringing myself to do it!!!

BASEMENT!!! I moved into my grandmother's home after she passed 4 years ago, and no one has touched a finger to the basement since my grandfather passed 24 years ago. So, I'd say it is about time.

Spring cleaning of any sort and packing since we're trying to move sometime this summer.

I've been avoiding the last little bit of organizing/purging from when I moved in January. Agh!

I left my husband almost three years ago. I was really fragile for a long time. A lot of the stuff is in my mom's garage. Unopened from the day I left. I've also lost over 100 pounds, and am happier and healthier for it. But I'm still hanging on to a lot of clothes that are just too big. Maybe this summer I'll go and handle it. I don't know.

Our spare bedroom is a junk/storage room, it needs to have probably half the stuff in there thrown out or put away somewhere else. And I need to go through my daughter's closet and get rid of the stuff that is too small for her and go through the bigger clothes and see what she fits in now.

I really need to reorganize my kitchen cabinets. There isn't a clearly defined pantry in my house so there isn't a great way to organize everything. I need to redo it all.

So, basically everything?

I've been putting off calling the maintenance man to change a light bulb in the living room ceiling. I just use the bar light--it gives it a nice cozy glow, but limits what we can do in there at night! I think we're just going to buy one of those long, extended, light buld-changer things.

I have been putting off finishing our doorways and doors (painting), fixing a minor hole in the wall under the wallpaper in the kitchen leftover from when we got a new door put in, touching up some missed spots while painting and cleaning our hall closet.

I constantly avoid giving the bathroom a good deep-down cleaning. Somehow, no matter how much I try to keep on top of it, the bathroom stays yucky. : (
