Word on the street is that Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch has foreclosed and will sell at public auction on Mar. 19, unless he can produce $24,525,906.61. According to FOX News:

When Neverland is auctioned, it will include everything: all personal property inside, all fixtures and appliances, furniture, and "all merry-go-round type devices," any rides, games. The auction literally includes every single thing that is or isn't nailed down.

I can contribute the 61 cents . . .

It will be interesting to see who buys it. I feel like you would need a hazmat suit to go around in there.

Crud - I had the $6 too. Hmmm... wait - I get paid right before the 19th -- if my electric bill goes down, I can part with the $900 - but that's all. Eye-wink

Bet it becomes a Graceland with rides and a petting zoo. Hopefully they'll have a display of his noses.

It's on a pretty decent piece of land. I'm from that area and anything with land out there is CRAZY expensive. Santa Ynez, the valley and surrounding area is one of the most beautiful places in the world in my opinion. I grew up 30 min north of there, but always loved that area. Santa Barbara/Montecito is right on the other side of the mountains (where Brad Pitt and Oprah both own homes) so you can see it's a pretty nice place to be. Great weather too. Oh how i Miss it!

I wouldn't think anyone would want it for the house except for a major remodel. It would just be too creepy. The land however....
